We learned how to draw pumpkins today. Then Mrs. Grant wanted us to paint them... but she only had red and yellow paint! Someone suggested that we mix the 2 colours together to see if they would make orange... and guess what?? They DID make orange. So we could paint our pumpkins orange (instead of just red or yellow!!) Then the same fellow went to the light table and observed that when he held up the red and yellow colour paddles together, they turned into an orange colour!!!

Curran was so excited today to tell me that he had solved the classrooms problem! No orange paint? No problem! Let’s mix red and yellow!! Nice thinking Curran, I’m proud of you!! Xo
