The adults that helped in our room today....
Musical chairs...
Someone had an interesting and spooky snack today!!
Sharing Time...
Reminder to limit sugary treats in your child's lunch kit next month. (Maybe let your child pick one treat to bring to school.) We need healthy foods to fuel our bodies and ensure they are ready to learn!!  Lunch kits should contain more healthy food than treats, please.

Smile!

Today was school picture day. After everyone had their photo taken, we stopped for a quick class photo  on the way back upstairs to our classroom. (Unfortunately not everyone was here today, but we'll catch them another day!)

These 2 kids were checking out our "monster soup" tub and sorting out some Halloween items. This fellow sorted out some spiders from our "monster soup" tub, and then counted them with great 1 to 1 correspondence!
It's fun to look at yourself in the mirror!

Today was also "fandom" day. This fellow was a fan of the beach --- and sharks!! Yikes!
Sharing time....

Even the adults in our room had crazy hair today! Welcome to Mrs. Peterson (Educational Assistant) who is joining our class to help us out for the next several weeks.
Using push pins to poke holes in these Halloween shapes... (We are practicing using our pincer grip - which will help us learn to correctly hold and use our writing tools!)

This crocodile has numbers on his teeth. Which number will make the crocodile close his mouth? Don't let him bite you!
Recess time....
