I Like Pumpkins

This activity involved using the little muscles in our fingers to pinch the "Gator Grabber tweezers" to pick up the pumpkin pom-poms and put the correct number on each pumpkin - according to the numeral on the pumpkin
How many? If you have 5 pumpkin pom-poms, and there are 2 in this one cup.... then how many must be in the other cup?  Can we share them a different way? And sharing doesn't always mean they have to be equal!
Sharing Time

Today some kids were able to pick a prize from the Treasure Chest -- because they were able to dress themselves all by themselves!!  Way to go!  As other kids are able to dress themselves independently, they will also be able to pick a prize!

Just a FYI...Our class continues to learn with only the kids in our class (called our co-hort). Lunch time, recess, gym, and music are always with only the kids in our classroom. We sanitize our hands every time we enter the school, and wash our hands with a foaming soap every time we walk into our classroom. We also wash/sanitize before eating, and any other times throughout the day, as needed. Please continue to help your child practice good handwashing skills at home and remind them not to touch their face.

Also, someone left a mask at school on Monday. There is no name on it, and no one wants to claim it. If you think it might belong to your child, please let me know. We have already had someone put the wrong winter boots on. Please make sure your child's name/initials is on their clothing/footwear.
Thanks!
