I Like Hearts



  • Everyone wrote one of the words to contribute to our I LIKE HEARTS poem (which we like to add a tune to and sing!)  
  • We all painted the bigger heart one colour.... then we added some white paint to the original colour... mixed it up..... and we got a new colour!  We noticed that adding white to a colour makes it lighter!  We painted the smaller heart the lighter colour!
  • Did you know that red paint and white paint not only made the red paint lighter.... but it made pink paint? 


Indoor recess time....time for some dancing!

    YES! We are having a party this afternoon! We are going to pass out our Valentine cards soon, and eat some treats, too! Happy Valentine's Day to you, too!
