We had a visit from a "clown"! One of the girls from Grade 1 has a clown for a grandpa! Well actually, he is just her grandpa, but also works as a clown. He came into her Grade 1 class, and put on all his makeup, wig, clown clothes, etc. right in front of the Grade 1 class, so they could see his transformation from a man to a clown! Then he popped by our room for a few minutes, and we talked about how on Halloween many kids would be wearing costumes, just like him... and we don't need to be afraid of clowns. He was smiling the whole time! Only one person from our class was not interested in getting in the photo here!
