Symbols

Mrs. Macdonell talked to us about safety. We learned the importance of these symbols. Our parents  (just like baby Jacob's parents) keep us safe by keeping anything with these symbols away from our reach.

     Parents:  Please ask your child to tell you all about these symbols… to help check for understanding. Discuss how you keep these things out of their reach to help keep them safe.

At centre time today, this little girl decided to make a pattern. Can you identify it? She also pointed out that she drew a line between each group of 10 circles so she could easily count by tens so she would know when she got to 100.
