Richelle Scott, Indigenous teacher for our school division, visited our school today. She introduced us to drumming, and taught us a song in another language.
Alex told me about the funny language he learned in class. Now I understand. What a great way to learn a new language through music. Hey kids, what is your favorite station in class? Is it the writing station?
Hi! We were using drums to help us learn the new language. We like playing at the blocks, light table, house centre, writing centre, puzzles, lego, iPads, reading books, Smart Board, and more!!! Alex says he likes to play at all of the centres... it is hard to pick just one favourite! Thank you for the comment. By Room 7
