Pie in the Face !!!

Today was the day that everyone was waiting for!!  As a finale to our school spirit week fundraiser, some staff members volunteered to take a "pie in the face" by anyone who donated $5 to the fundraiser. And wow!!! ... were there ever a lot of pies being thrown!  Kindergarten students were allowed to stand right in front of the table!!!  Other students had to take just one step back! WOW! Let's just say... there was quite a mess by the time it was all done!  Some of the K students were so excited to throw their pie, that I didn't even get a chance to snap a picture before they were done.
SInce the student body raised over a thousand dollars this week, Ms. Couch and Mr. Miller have agreed to be duct-taped to the wall next Monday. That should be interesting!! (stay tuned for THAT picture!!)

Ms. Couch???  Is that YOU?... Who would do that to a principal??? Looks like our secretary, Ms. Nagam, also took a few pies to the face!
Gotcha!!

Ready, Set, Throw!!

Looks like it was a pie in the face for our Vice-Principal, Mr. Miller!! And I think that behind all the cream pie, the person beside him is Mr. McKinnon, the Phys-Ed teacher.

Students just can't wait for sharing time every day. Today these 3 kids shared their "something that is orange" item.

  2. Wow, it looks like Room 7 had so much fun over the past week and what GREAT costumes!

What a super blog and a way for me to see what you are up to when I'm away on business and Nolan can't tell me himself. This week I'm in London, Ontario which is below Toronto on a map of Canada and it is about 1,650 kilometers away from Winnipeg, Manitoba.

I check the blog every morning to see what new and interesting things class 7 is up to every day!

Have a GREAT day Class 7!!!!
