Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas!!!

We have read several versions of the Gingerbread Boy stories over the past couple weeks.
So today we decorated gingerbread cookies as a little treat.  We planned on eating them right after lunch... but when we came in from recess... they were gone!!!!  Oh no.. where could they be??  We found a clue.... The first clue led us to the library, then the next clue led us to the office, then to the Principal's office, then to the lunch room.... and the last clue led us back to our classroom..... and THERE THEY WERE!!!

YEAH!!!! We found the gingerbread men... Now let's eat them!!

Some kids were creating new characters for themselves at centre time today!

Looks like someone wanted to be Rudolph today!

Sharing time... S is for...

A special Christmas decoration gift for our families

Thank you to Coen, Kenneth, Braedan, and Samuel and their  families for sending in treats for us to eat today! We appreciated all the fruit, cookies, and cupcakes that were sent in for the class to enjoy!

Everyone received a little Christmas gift to take home today (from Mrs. Grant, as well as another from Ms. Janz)

Merry Christmas, everyone!  Enjoy your holiday.
School starts January 8th. See you all then!
