12 Days of Christmas

The other day we read the traditional version of The 12 Days of Christmas. Today we read a Canadian version, by Helaine Becker and Werner Zimmermann. We thought it was kind of funny!!
Then we did a math activity we called "The 12 days of Christmas for KIDS!" that included pictures of things that boys and girls might like for a gift.
We also did some counting and stamping for numbers 1 - 12.

We also fit in a "Write Around the Room" activity this afternoon!
And don't forget about Sharing Time!!!

ONLY 2 more days until Christmas holidays!!!

  1. The Christmas Holidays are just around the corner and I'm so excited for everyone to have some well-deserved holiday fun! Everyone in the class has been doing so great and I've loved seeing all the pictures and watching everyone grow together! Our Elf on the Shelf (Jackson) has been watching our two girls and will hopefully be reporting all the wonderful news to Santa! I told him to put in a good word for all of kids of room 7!

    1. Hi Calvin! Did you know we made an elf on the shelf to hang in our school hallway? Merry Christmas! Have a nice Christmas holiday. Haylee says, we hope we have a good Christmas with our cousins!
