Room 7 meeting

I have enjoyed seeing the videos and hearing the audio recordings that my Kinders make while doing their online assignments for me on Seesaw. And they have the opportunity to see some of the Sharing Time videos that their friends have posted on Seesaw when they check out the Seesaw Blog.

This morning we had a class meeting and 7 of my Kinder friends were able to join us for the live meeting today. So nice to see these little faces talking and interacting with each other. Today we started our meeting by doing "Sharing Time" and asking each other questions. At the end of our meeting, we even sang our "Good-bye" song that we used to sing every day in school -- we just had to change the words from "good-bye until tomorrow" to "good-bye until another day".



 

Teachers will not be sending out any school work on Friday and not expecting students to hand in work on Friday. Students and Families are encouraged to "pause" from their school day and enjoy the day however they wish!!!

Room 7 is celebrating a birthday today!!  It is Eva's 6th Birthday!  

Thank you to the kids from our classroom who sent in pictures/videos to make her day extra special!

And Happy Mother's Day to all the Mother's and Grandmother's out there!!  

Art Exhibition

One of the activities I assigned to my Kinders this week was to have someone take a photo or video of them at play and post it to their Seesaw journal. These were what 4 of my Kinder kids were up to this week!
