Elves on the Shelf

Today we decorated our paper chain tree AND each person made their own ELF  on the Shelf!  Some of our elves were being silly on the shelf!

We were making pattern tower blocks -- to match the numbers on the tree! 

Questions: 

  • What kind of pattern did you make?  
  • What are the colours in your pattern?
  • Which tower is the tallest?  
  • What number is that?  
  • Which number is bigger... 4 or 14?  
  • You needed 14 on that tower. Oh, you have 16? How can you make it have 14?
