Candy Cane patterns

Today we created patterns... in the shape of candy canes !!
Our STAR OF THE WEEK   told us all about himself!

Christmas board game... roll the dice and subitize.... then move the number of spaces on the board
Music Class with Ms. Rempel.... always fun using the jingle bells!
Library Day today... Mr. Wesselius read the class a story and then everyone who had returned their last library book was able to sign out a new book today.  Please return all library books by next Day 6
(Dec. 15th)
Have you heard about our little Santa? He moves around our room when we are not looking. We like to write about where we find him!! (The kids often refer to him as the "Elf on the Shelf Santa"). Today we found him hanging onto the mirror!

  1. You all did an amazing job creating the patterns for the candy canes. Isn't Santa a sneaky fellow? You never know where you'll find him. You're good detectives so you'll find him.
    Loving your blog in Texas.

We heard all about that sneaky Santa today, we were trying to guess where he’ll end up next. Maybe he’ll be hungry and find his way to house Center to make himself a snack in the kitchen!
It was nice to say goodbye to our friend Tessa today, before she moved away.

    1. Hi! Today we found SANTA on the picture frame. Now we are wondering if SANTA heard us talking about making a snack in house centre? Maybe we'll find him in there one day!
