We read a story about a boy named "Little A" and the things he found that started with A. Then we figured out who in our class had a letter /a/ in their names.
We talked about SAME/DIFFERENT today. What do you notice are the same about these items?.... and what is different?

Today some of the kids tried out a new game on the Smart Board. It was called Fuzz Bugs.(click on the link to play it at home, too!). It was a game that involved sorting, counting, and comparing. One of the boys said... "I love this game! I could play it all night long!"
