A great big welcome to all the new students joining us in Room 7! We currently have 19 students registered in our class. The Educational Assistant joining us in our room this year is Ms. Janz. Today we played at centres inside, played outside at recess, sang some songs, listened to some stories, had snack time & lunch time, and learned how to "Check 5". (ask your child what this means!). We also practiced how to line up, and how to stay in the line once it starts moving!
Of note.....
- If you haven't already sent in your child's spare change of clothing, please do so on Monday.
- reminder to send a spoon in your child's lunch kit - if he/she needs a spoon to eat a specific food item.
- At the end of the day, I said it was time to go home. One student said and I quote..."awww... that's sad!"
WELCOME TO KINDERGARTEN!!!! I have followed the blog of Room 7 for a couple of years. I always look forward to read the blog each day. You are blessed to have Mrs. Grant for a teacher. You will learn so many awesome things, and have so much fun. Have a great year!
