"You are my friend"

We had library class today. The class enjoyed the book that Mrs. Woods read to the class. It was a book by the author Mo Willems. Reminder to return all library books by the next Day 2.
    
During centre time today, this young lady wanted to draw a picture for her friend. And on the back she wrote a note to her friend!! (The note says... in Kindergarten writing... "You are my friend".) She made the connection between some letters and sounds and wrote down the little story all by herself!!!
