Star of the Week + PEACE

Our new Star of the Week did a terrific job telling us about himself! Tomorrow we will do a shared writing story that is all about him!!  We will need to remember what he told us about himself to include it in the story!!  
 
We are learning about Remembrance Day. (This is part of the Social Studies curriculum). We learned about what a poppy is, and why we wear them. We are focusing on peace. The boys and girls had a lot of great ideas in answer to the question "What does PEACE mean to you?"  Ask your child to tell you what PEACE means to him/her.
