Today our class met Mrs. Kaczmarz. She is a Grade 4/5 teacher at Stevenson, but she is also going to meet with us during one of her co-teaching times once a school cycle to do some dance activities with us. Today she got to know our names, and we learned some stretches and practiced moving around the room.
Today was our first SHARING TIME (also known as Show and Tell). These 3 kids did a great job telling us about what they had brought to school. They practiced using their good speaking voices, and the audience practiced being respectful and using their good listening skills. The audience also had the chance to ask the speaker some questions when they were finished.
PLEASE make sure your child is dressed appropriately to play outside at recess. We will be going outdoors to play - even on rainy days!
