Can you believe it?? Your little Kindergarten kids... have been in school for 100 days!!
Everyone traced the numbers 1 -100 (we noticed the patterns in the 100 chart), then sorted 10 different kinds of treats, then ate them!!
How can you make the number 100 with a pretzel and a mini-oreo cookie?? She knows!
hmmmm.... group work... how could each group work together to show Mrs. Grant a total of 100 fingers??
counting by tens to connect the dots
Making towers of ten.. then connecting them until there was 100.
Thanks to this Kinder-Grandma for coming to read some of her favourite stories to us, as part of "I Love to Read" month!
REMINDER... Book Swap day is on Wednesday. If you are interested, have your child bring in any number of books that they don't want to read any more, and he/she can swap them for the same number of books from among all the other books that have been brought in. Please send them in tomorrow, or Wednesday morning at the latest.
WOW!!! 100 already? You all did an amazing job with the 100 number.

Wow! 100 days already! I can't believe how much you've all grown. I love the cup pyramid and all those 100 fingers together. What great counting. Keep it up.
