Healthy foods vs. Not so healthy

What foods do our bodies/teeth like?.... and what foods/snacks are not so good for our teeth/bodies?   At discovery time, some kids did a food sort and divided up some food pictures onto our happy tooth and sad tooth.

Matching the teeth with uppercase letters onto the corresponding lowercase letters....

Today Mrs. Gagne stopped by our room to do a lesson on FEELINGS. We reviewed from this fall how our body language and facial expressions can help others know how we are feeling. Then we used play doh to create different kinds of faces.

• Please remember to send your child's water bottle to school every day.
• If your child has brought home wet clothes at any time, please remember to send back clean/dry clothes to put in the "extra clothes" bag. (socks, underwear, pants, shirt)

Playdoh numbers and painted flowers

 Today we used our play doh to make numbers. One person wanted to make the biggest number, so he sounded out "infinity"!
