Snowy winter day

The Kinders from Room 8 spent the afternoon in our class. They joined us for carpet time activities, story time, and centre time. They had lots of fun playing with the kids from Room 7, and checking out our centres. At the end of the day, Room 7 kids taught Room 8 kids how to make action patterns using our bodies.
 
   

Mouse Paint

After reading the story Mouse Paint, by Ellen Stoll Walsh, we were inspired to make our own mice. We used both primary and secondary coloured paints - just like in the story. Our mice stepped in paint, too!
